Their price was was the lowest and they came out for the estimate the day after I called and did the job the next day. They did an excellent job, wore booties when walking through the house and cleaned up nicely. Would highly recommend.

Stay away from this company!!! They ruined our floor and we are in the process of suing them! We had to bring in another company to fix the horriendous job Immaculate Flooring did, and this cost us several thousand dollars additional to undo what this first company did. We initially called Immaculate Flooring because we had marks from a rug pad that stuck to our Mexican tile floor. When Immaculate Flooring came to the house, the representative, Randall Choate, say they could likely get out 90% of the marks on the floor, and then they would refinish the entire floor so it looked uniform throughout. This is what we heard from several other companies that came out to give estimates. We received several bids, and we chose Immaculate Flooring because the price was in the middle and the company seemed professional. Also, had a few good reviews on Angie's List and we checked the Best Business Bureau. Not sure who wrote these positive reviewes, but we were duped! Job started out okay in that the company showed up on time (often a rarity in Miami). However, the company used some type of acid on the floor and only stripped the section that had the marks from a 5 x 8 rug. When they did this it was a completely different color than the rest of the floor. What they did made it look like we had a permanent rug that was part of the floor. That is how different the color looked. Plus, the company workers splattered acid on other tiles. We were moving from Miami in 2 days from the date they were supposed to finish. Since 24 hours is required for the tiles to dry, we could not see what a horrible job the company did until the day before we were moving. We were shocked about what they did and immediately called the company to complain. Randall came out and said they could not do anything about it and we woiuld have to live with it. Did not offer to give money back either. He tried to tell me a reason why this occurred which was complete bull sh** that two other companies confirmed when we had to call them in to try and fix what Immaculate Flooring did. Both companies said they were embarrassed on behalf of the industry to see how bad of a job Immaculate Flooring did. To try and fix the problem, we hired another company to strip the entire ~1,000 sq. foot floor (1/2 of our house) so it would match what Immaculate Flooring did to only a 5 x 8 area. By doing this, all of the tile looked like it just came out out the tile factory with very little color. We lost 15 years of nice, gradual coloring that had deepened on the tile over time. I can't emphsize strongly enough that we had a very BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE TO USE!

I booked the service which was scheduled to take 2 days but the team finished in 1 day.

I spoke with Randall early in September. He came by the house and gave us an estimate for polishing the marble. We obtained other estimates from Angie List members before we called them again. Some companies gave us lower estimates and some were higher. We were very impressed with Immaculate Marble though and went ahead and scheduled a mutually acceptable day and time. Three workers were sent. They showed up right on time and worked continuously all morning and afternoon. Randall came by to check on the progress and even helped out a little bit. They took very good care of our furniture. Everything was covered and moved out of the way. When they finished, we were amazed how beautiful the floor and steps looked. As soon as we are able, we will call so they can come back and do the entire house. We recommend them highly.

Perfect! Randall came over to give an estimate and he was prompt, responsive. His team arrived on time and worked for hours to clean and polish the tiles. Our 50+ year old tiles look very nice and the result was what we expected. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Very professional. Repaired stains from using wrong cleaning product. Owner, Randall, came to my home, and gave me a quote. They came when scheduled and did a very professional job. The tile looks better than when I moved in, and this was a new house. Will use again.

Mr. Chanto was very professional on the phone, I had to cancel my appointment for personal reasons and he was very polite and understanding. I called again a month later and he remembered my name, I made the appointment for the following day and he was very punctual. The work was done without any problems. He explain to me how to clean and maintain the stone. I was very pleased and I will definitely call for his service again.

Randall came for no cost estimate, explained fully as to what they would do and how much improvement I could expect. Entire job (moving furniture, patching, polishing, sealing, buffing - apprx 325 sq ft) was completed in approx 5-5 1/2 hrs. They showed up on time, with extremely good attitudes, met all my expectations and then some at a very reasonable price. They were a joy to use, after many nightmare projects with other companies in other fields.
