Everything went very well. Ours was the first U.S. installation of this rolling blind system so it took longer than you'd normally expect because the product was shipped from overseas and had to clear customs. I believe the equipment also had to be shipped from overseas. So there was some trial and error, but eventually all was good. The blinds looked great when installed. Fast-forward two years and a defect surfaced where the material began to separate from the roller. It was still under the manufacturer's three year warranty so no worries, right? Well the company we purchased them from here in Miami (iDesign Miami) doesn't stand behind the product and required a $180 service fee to come to my house to un-install the blind, ship them to the manufacturer, and then, once fixed, they want to charge ANOTHER $180 to come back and re-install the blind. Be sure to read the fine print in the warranty. They say they stand behind the products they sell but it's obvious they don't -- in this case the manufacturer does. Very disappointed with this company after paying almost $4,000 for two blinds.
