+ -1 moreThree visits were made: At the first visit a technician came & assessed the situation, spoke with the general contractor & supposedly a plan was made. Site Visit Cost $90. Once the roof work was started IQ was called & asked to implement the plan. The original technician was on vacation so the second technician came out draped wires up higher to get them out of roofers way. Unknown to me, the wires penetrating the roof membrane were not addressed. Two more representatives arrived, reviewed additional work that we required (all existing wires in conduit & new data wiring). Site visit cost $145. Third Visit: The original technician came with the second technician & formulated a plan to relocate the wires, put all wiring in conduit & add the data wiring. Site visit cost $322. Three site visits costing $557 and IQ was unable to formulate a plan and give an estimate to actually do any work.
Description of Work: Estimate to relocate wires (that were originally laid by I Q Electronics) that penetrated the roof membrane. In order to pass inspection for a new roof the telephone, cable & satellite wires needed to be relocated. After three service calls (cost totaling $557) we never not received a call indicating when the work could be done or even what the proposed cost would be. To add insult to injury they charged us for these site visit estimates and plans that we never received.
