+ 5 moreThis guy is too good to be true, but he is. This is the kind of businessman everybody should be like. I met him at Home Depot because he was wearing his company T-shirt and I asked him if he would do some odd jobs around my house. He came over, gave me a very fair, reasonable price, came back, showed up 15 minutes EARLY, did a great, conscientious, careful, quality craftsman job on everything he did. He was pleasant, friendly, actually fun to have around the house.
Description of Work: Changed out an in-wall air conditioner, re-framed for smaller unit, re stuccoed and plastered opening and replaced damaged drywall. Fixed dead electrical connection and installed new ceiling light fixture. Updated three wall outlet boxes. Planed and sanded two interior doors so they will now close. Diagnosed roof/ceiling leakage, traced source and recommended solution.
