Terrible service! I have a Miele fridge freezer under warranty and Miele directed the service call to this company. Two weeks of daily calls and absolutely no return call. Not one! I had to beg Miele to give me a Miele service appointment.

Not well. The glass on our cooktop stove developed a crack but was functioning perfectly. Also ice maker in refrigerator was not working. While he was replacing the glass, the stove suddenly stopped working. He could not explain what had happened, but said that glass could not be returned, we had to pay for the now useless glass, and we would still need to buy a new stove! At same time, he replaced ice maker in refrigerator which wasn't working. Well ice maker still does not work. His response was we need to check our water. Does that mean the ice maker was not actually broken and the problem is the water supply or that the ice maker we replaced was broken and coincidentally there was also a problem with water? The latter would be a coincidence that would be hard to believe and still does not explain why he didn't fix the problem. So we are out $736 and have to buy a new stove and call someone else to fix ice maker!

He had to drill through tile and did a careful, but quick job. I'd happily use this company again.
