 + -1 moreThey had to give me a coupon to rent a car. The car I rented would not start. They did not have any other cars in the whole city. It was a total disaster. They did try to make it up in the end. It was not the company's fault since it was a new car.
Description of Work: I rented a car for three days. It was a Chevy Malibu.

 + -1 moreIt was horrible. I was traveling and they gave me so many problems upon arrival. Finally, I steeped to the side and waited for another employee to assist. She took care of the situation.
Description of Work: I rented a car from them for a vacation last year. I arrived via Airtran and took the bus to pick up the car.
