+ -1 moreIn our office, we must have all request for documentation, in writing. Even if you are a lien holder, we must verify that the information is not outdated. I explained to Mr. Quintana that there would be no problem sending the documents, but we would need a written request and then approval from the client. Mr. Quintana went on a rampage, over the phone, screaming at me and calling me names. I couldn't believe it. I replied by letting him know that I would not sit there and be disrespected. I then hung up on him. I could not believe that this man was a lien holder or a business man for that matter. Extremely rude and had an incredibly arrogant attitude about him. I cannot believe this individual goes around talking to others in such a manor, when he doesn't get his way.
Description of Work: Contacted my office for documentation needed. A documentation where he is listed as a lien holder.
