This is the worst company ever! They scheduled different techs to come to my home twice and both times they didn't show up. I'm in Miami Beach. Such a waste of time! Customer service wants to keep on asking for additional availability to reschedule other techs over and over. Who has time for that? The bottom line is that they have no control over the third-party contractors they hire. I simply canceled the service request at that time. Today, weeks later, they had the nerve to charge my credit card for a "Hello Tech membership fee" without any authorization. What a joke! They seem totally disorganized even though their customer service staff is usually very polite. Don't waste your time!

Terrible. Worst company I have ever dealt with. After 3 separate techs were assigned none could do the job. The last tech told me their company doesn’t allow them to drill a hole in the wall to run the cable wire!!! Unbelievable. They couldn’t tell me that initially? I even spoke to a supervisor after the second tech and was told a tech would be assigned who could do that type of work. Don’t waste your time with this company.
