I placed an order a couple weeks ago before reading the company reviews and was skeptical about keeping my order after seeing reviews. However I’m in the northeast and units become slim pickings at supply houses this time of year so I figured I take a chance and see what happens. I’m glad I did I ordered a 2 ton daikin heat pump for my customer and everything arrived in under a week. The delivery company that the used was excellent, no damage to any of the equipment and the put everything in the backyard for me since I was at work. I had called only once to check on my order and someone answered right away so I don’t get why people were saying no one answers and customer service is terrible that’s not what I experienced. I installed equipment and everything came as expected and fired right up. The price was actually cheaper with shipping then all the supply houses I normally use for an added bonus. I would absolutely use them again they really were great, I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences that others claim to have experienced.

Absolutely terrible experience... I purchased a $1000 unit. Shipping was prompt, units arrived in two packages, one day apart (not their fault). I ordered an $80 installation kit, which was never included (of course, this was a Friday). I called on Monday, talked to someone, said someone from their company would get it touch. Never did. Called again Tuesday, voicemail. Emailed Tuesday. No response. Call again Wednesday, voicemail. Emailed again, two different email addresses. Nothing. Tried their Facebook page. Nothing. Ended up filing a chargeback with my credit card company for the $80. Total BS. Just tell me you don't have the part, refund my money, it would have saved me a week. Now I have to buy the kit from someone else and delay my installation even more. Will never buy from you again, and will let everyone know your customer service sucks.

I purchased a 2.5 ton Central Air Conditioner through HeatAndCool.com and they sent some one to install the system in my home, everything went smooth, customer service went great and price was very fair. I would def recommend this company to anyone needing to replace and or install a new air conditioner
