 + -1 moreI called the number for Hal King Air Conditioning as they have done work for me in the past. Apparently the son answered as I asked if it was Mr. King and he aggressively asked who I was looking for. I said, "Hal King." He said he was his son. I told him that they have worked on one of my AC units in the past and I would like them to work on another unit of mine. I was told that he would have to call me back for my information as he was driving. I am still waiting for the call back, 2 weeks later. In the meantime my AC is not working and each night it is very uncomfortable.

 + -1 moreMy AC would keep shutting off every few minutes so I called Hal King who was referred to me by a friend. The technician, Sean, came right over and checked out the system. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He found that I had a small blockage in the pipe which caused the AC to stop until the water slowly drained. Sean cleaned out the drain and coils and checked my whole system out. He could have easily told me that I needed a part or some major repair but he was honest and even gave me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. Overall great job!!

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT IN THE SERVICE CALL AND ALSO IN THE REPLACEMENT OF THE AIR CONDITIONER. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY CAME ON A SERVICE CALL FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER AND IT WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. I NEEDED TO REPLACE IT, WHICH THEY DID.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LOT OF THINGS AND NEVER HAD A SINGLE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEIR WORK QUALITY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
