Matt Guinn promptly sent Norman to my home the day after I called. After receiving an estimate, Norman stayed and completed the job the same day. He repaired a 15 yr old, motorized Rolladen shutter and serviced 10 others. The service included inspecting/cleaning the motors and silicone spraying the moving parts and tracks. He was efficient and professional and cleaned up when he was finished. My only small complaint was a somewhat high price. But the work required a skilled worker and that isn't easy to find in Miami. So in the end, I was very satisfied!
