This company was so great to work with. Wayne came out when he said he would and he did what he said he would and he cleaned up after himself. On top of that I love the shutters and I know they will be much appreciated the next time we have a storm. I highly recommend this company.

very punctual and did a good job, but did not pull my permit and did not arrange for final inspection. If you ever have to call them for any issue, they are very abrupt, especially Matt, the owner. He didn't like that I was not happy after they left my permit open months after the job was complete. After they have your money, they don't care about any issues you may have. Would not use them again

Guinn & Sons came out to estimate the job and give me a price. They were professional and offered several suggestions to improve the protection. Quality of material and price were excellent. They installed high quality accordion shutters and did a high quality job,I couldn't be happier.

Took a while from start to finish. About 3 months in the making but maybe the weather had something to do with it.

Product good but more expensive than that of reputable competitors. Contracted Guinn on reputation via customer reviews. Shutters on 3 windows replaced with accordions satisfactorily. New panels added to 2 garage doors. Putting up shutters is not "user friendly" . It took 26 days for someone to come to demonstrate how to manipulate and bend panels to align mounting bolts and holes in panels. Worst problem was communication. I did not receive one call that was not the result of my call. Information in an e-mail sent by Sales Manager was "mistaken" according to the owner. I was billed by someone in the office after I had already paid the installer. I am reluctant to recommend for these reasons.
