When I spoke with this pro on Friday we decided for Monday he canceled for Monday and set it for Tuesday. I called him after he was late and he arrived 4-5 hours later and I did not get communication about being late and I thought he was not going to be here. I later saw him working on the house and we moved forward with the project and everything is good with the work.
