Granite By Us

Some how, 1 of the slabs broke (either in delivery by Granit-By-Us or by the fabricator - Roberto & Sons). I never did find out which was responsible, but I was told I had to BUY a 3rd slab. My contractor sided with the companies, not me b/c he said he will never do business with me, but he will with the other 2 companies involved. When I complained about being charged any money for this 3rd slab, I was given a $100 discount. I felt I was being blackmailed into buying the 3rd slab. There was so much granite left over from the 3rd slab that I made dining room table tops out of the left over as well as 6 cutting boards to be given as wedding gifts, 12 coasters, etc and I still had granite left over. I had to pay for all the fabrication of these extra pieces. The GBU staff would never let me speak to the owner. She was "out of communication range" or " traveling somewhere in South America." and " unavailable" My Granite-BY-Us rep was Romi Guibu. Robert & his son pretended not to understand English. I am telling everyone I know not to use these companies!!!
