granite and millwork

I had purchased a new cooktop because the prior one had cracked and needed replacement. Upon trying to install it I found the opening in the granite countertops was too small. I called him on December 30th figuring it would be a week before I could get someone out with the impending holiday. Instead he told me he could be at my place on the 31st, and even stayed on standby for me to check if I could find a cooktop that fit. We confirmed a noon time appointment on the 31st when I couldn't find a cooktop that fit and he arrived 5 minutes early. He helped me put up sheets to prevent the dust from going all over the living room and gave me pointers on installation. A great guy who was good to work with. Will recommend to others and use him again when I need him.

I emailed through Angie's List and waited approximately a week for a response - no response ever came. I placed a call to the phone listed and left a message detailing the work that needed to be done. My phone call was never returned either. We were in need of an expereinced granite fabricator to correct an improper installation of a kitchen sink with a granite application in a home we had just purchased. The sink had been shimmed with pieces of granite and glued instead of holes drilled in the granite and brackets installed to hold the sink inplace. The glue failed and shims fell out causing the sink to break away from the granite.

We had previously done a bathroom counter top with them and were very happy with their work. When it came time to redo our kitchen we thought of them. We got several quotes from different vendors and their prices were fair compared to the rest. Their quality of work is exceptional the icing on the cake is their punctuality and professionalism. This alone puts them head and shoulders above all the rest. They are professionals and say what they mean and mean what they say. Which is extremely hard to fine any more with all of these fly by night contractors. I would whole heartily recommend them to family or friends without a 2nd thought.

He was very, very professional and he told me that basically he is just an installer and does not supply the granite. He was probably the best one and professional. He was very polite. He came over and gave me all the information. When I told him I didn't know when I would be ready to do this, he wasn't in the least bit of concerned. He didn't want to press anybody. He was really exceptional.

This company was a contractor for another company who was replacing my kitchen cabinets. They cut and installed my granite countertop. I liked that this is a father/son company. I find that you get more personalized service from these types of companies. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. In total they came out 4 times to make sure everything was perfect.
