GOLD COAST PAVERS INC

Description of Work: I was having my pool renovated along with my deck repaired and tiled. Gold Coast Pavers was recommended by the pool company I used. I called them to setup an appointment to get an estimate. We made the appointment and he showed up about 45 minutes late. However, bad traffic can happen from time to time, so I overlooked it. He seemed to know his trade and appeared professional. He promised to email me a quote in a few days. I never received a quote. I called a couple of times and left voicemails, but he never returned any of my calls. I spoke to the pool company that recommended him and they again said how good he was and that they would contact him to get him to call me and give me a quote. Still never heard from him. The pool company kept pushing me to use him and tried calling him a few more times, but I got fed up with the lack of response and went out and found my own deck company to hire. I have know idea how much money Gold Cost Pavers would have charged me, since they never gave me a quote. I can only tell you the other company I used charged me about $6800. I don't care how good Gold Coast Pavers was supposed to be, the bottom line they were extremely unresponsive, which is also very unprofessional.
