+ 0 moreMy older Samsung had been draining the battery too quickly so I sought a battery replacement. Contacted Jose based on great reviews in more than one web review service. After very prompt responses to my questions, I took the phone in. After examining it, he and ended up suggesting an option that was less expensive (making him less money) than what I had arranged. He was friendly, competent and honest, three things that really make a difference to me when dealing with a business. What a great experience!
