I spoke with the owner, Jose Rives, Jr. about a survey to secure the necessary permits to install a home generator system. He told me that he knew exactly what surveys were needed and quoted a price for the survey and the date/time that he could complete the work. His crew arrived at the agreed upon date/time and were professional and when they completed the survey showed me the official boundary lines for my property and answered all of my questions. They took measurements throughout the patio and throughout the exterior of the house including non-attached external structures. They took approximately 3 hours to complete the survey (land boundary, structure and elevation) . 3 days following the survey, 3 certified copies were hand delivered to me. My contractor stated that the survey was complete and satisfactory for submission for permitting. It was a total professional experience and if needed would use Mr. Rives again.
