Light electrical work went OK. It was slightly beyond his capabilities so he called some others to help him. Job was finished -though I felt overcharged for the amount of time involved & the amount accomplished. (I should have insisted on a fixed price or an hourly price.) Fencing work - gave money so he could buy materials. He was to help with permitting paperwork, but provided completely incorrect info & wrong paperwork. I've asked for a refund of the money but haven't not been able to get a return call in over a week. Neighbors have used him for painting & other work and seem happy with him. He is very professional in his attitude. So, I am not sure why his isn't responding.
