glass repair, replacement windows
+ 0 moreMy Sister called AAA Glass on 2/25/2010 and was given an estimate of 795.00. Jose came out on 2/27. My Sister called the company at 12 noon and was told he would be right out. At 2 PM she placed another call and again was told he is coming. Finally Jose shows up at 4 PM replaced four windows and took out a glass panel from shower stall.Glass pieces were left on the floor, window sills and sink. One of the windows slipped out of position and globs of glue ran down the window.He said he would return March 2nd to put in a new shower stall panel. He did not arrive or call on that date or Wednesday Thursday or Friday. We called late Friday twice to check on why he had not come. It is now Sunday March 7th and we still have not heard.
Description of Work: Four window replacements and still waiting for shower wall panel replacement.

+ -1 moreThey came out two days after I called. There were two men that came out to do the work. There was a lot of glass around inside the window pane and on the ground outside. I asked if he could clean it up and he did that for me. The one man that I dealt with the most was very easy to communicate with.
Description of Work: I called them to replace a broken window pane. I also had windows that they don't make any more so they ordered a part for one for me.

+ 0 moreI feel grateful. The guy came out knowing I called the day before, I was sort of surprised.
Description of Work: Somebody broke a part of my awning window. It was getting ready to rain so I called Glass World Friday after work and he came Saturday morning, and replaced the window.
