+ -1 moreOnce more, Georgina saved me time and money. A few years ago she helped me to legalize my workshop. And now, I'm going to make the same home a little bigger. Just to compair, I called on two other Designers (one was Lowe's) for idea's and prices. Georgina had great ideas (imagination) that pay for them selves. And the other guys did not have any really good ideas. Key word; Ideas. So in the end, things worked out great! Her email changed to: decubasg@gmail.com.
Description of Work: Home addition layouts (good ideas), engineered plans. And Miami Springs permit ready plans.

+ -1 moreI had a deadline—72 hours or else I would not close on a property—potentially losing many thousands of dollars on deposit. Ms. De Cubas worked on my behalf with the city building department negotiating details and redrawing as needed at no extra cost to me. Ms. De Cubas performed beyond the call of duty. The deal closed on time with no doubt due to her expertise and tenacity.
Description of Work: I had to submit legalization plans (all phases of construction) on an out of compliance garage turned mother-in-law unit.
