General Ceramic Tile & Stone

Owner (Diego) is rude and unprofessional.  We had 75 boxes (each box has 6 tiles) of tile delivery and one box was broken and when we call to let them know.  The owner told us that maybe we were the one that broke the tiles or if had people moving the boxes inside maybe they (installers) did it or if we had kids moving the boxes of tiles (each box weight 72 lbs) and owner knew that the pallets were wrap and there was no way to see tiles before leaving warehouse.

Went to back to the store to address the issue with owner today and I told him that maybe there was misunderstanding from friday and his reply was "No" (meaning that no misunderstanding had happened) and then he went on to say the same thing from Friday.   When I told him maybe he should try to change how he addresses problems like ours.  He told us that is how he runs his business and that we can't tell him how to run his business and then he just walked off like we were trash and didn't care what we had to say or that we have spent $1800.00 in store.  He is very rude and unprofessional.

Box of tile was changed and then we had to deal with the warehouse helper which was not very nice and looked/acted upset.
