I have been trying to get them to fix my refrigerator for months. They hire subcontractors that are unprofessional and unreliable. I purchased an extended warranty that they were quick to sell, for the top of the line brand that they also suggested. 3 months later and one delay and miscommunication between them and their service provider.

WHEN MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ENDED UP SENDING SOMEONE TO LOOK AT MY COMPUTER. INSTEAD OF TAKING UP ALL OF MY TIME REPAIRING IT THEY JUST REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE.

THE MAN WHO SHOWED UP WAS VERY CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL. HE CAME AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD. HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE HAD THE COMPUTER FIXED IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THE PRICE WAS VERY CHEAP FOR THE SERVICE THAT WAS DONE.

EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS GOOD. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND I AM SATISFIED. I DO THINK THAT THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THEY ARE NOT TOO BAD.

WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY CAME OUT THREE TIMES TO WORK ON OUR COMPUTER AND TOLD US EACH TIME IT WAS FIXED. AFTER THE THIRD TRIP THEY SAID IT COULD NOT BE FIXED. WE FOUND OUT LATER THAT WE COULD HAVE JUST REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE.
