Fuentes Moving is an honest and well-staffed company. Unlike many local movers who did not meet the strict requirements of our luxury high-rise, they were immediately approved. The FM employees arrived on-time and were friendly, helpful and extremely hard-working. The three gentlemen Pedro assigned to our family, took care not to damage any of our items and even fixed a couch leg that had been broken by the previous movers. Additionally, they knew how to disassemble, pack, move all our items. We will recommend Fuentes Moving to all our friends and family. Thank you , Brianna

We called on short notice needing to move our office. They sent a truck with 3 of the nicest guys. They were concerned about where to put the furniture, making sure everything was exactly were we wanted it. They were not in a hurry and professional. I'm so glad I found them, they have a customer for life.Thank you.

The movers showed up 1 hour late. They immediately started complaining about the manager who didn't tell them the correct details of the move. After they loaded the entire contents of my house onto the truck they then called their supervisor and increased the price by $200. This was due to the number of boxes being more than what the supervisor estimated without seeing the property and my apartment unit being changed to the 2nd floor. I can understand the change but they should have told me prior to loading the truck so I could make a decision as to whether to use them. They had a bad attitude and complained in spanish the whole time because they thought my husband and I don't understand spanish. They are wrong. They complained to me that they were going to be an hour late to the next move but quickly quieted when I reminded them they were an hour late to mine and had they arrived on time they would not be late for their next move. They broke my brand new king mattress and the manager had an attitude that it was my risk having a king size mattress and was unwilling to do anything about it so now I must purchase a new bed since they bent mine causing the springs to be lifted almost six inches out in one side. The movers said nothing of this and I didn't notice until after they left. The next day I noticed they put my bed frame together with no screws so I had to order new screws for my bed as I couldn't find them anywhere. This was a horrible experience and extremely stressful having to listen to the movers disrespectful attitude during the move.
