Responsable company, everything was very clean and the work was in excellent condition, recommended ?

I used Frontline Restoration for a water loss I experienced in the beginning of March 2022. They’re response time to my home was impressive and how efficiently they were from the servicing side of things to completing the project and submitting the invoice. My experience with Frontline was great.

I had a serious Mold issue in my home and I didn’t know where to start. A co-worker told me about their experience with Frontline Restoration. I called them and they were able to make an appointment with me the very next day. They walked me through the process and took their time explaining each step. Once I received the Mold results, I sent it to them and received a quote the same day! Everything went exactly how they explained from the beginning. At the end of each day, I received an email breaking down what was completed for the day. I could not have been happier with the experience. I never felt lost and for once, I didn’t have to chase anyone down for information. Extremely grateful.

I purchased a new home and during the home inspection, mold was discovered in the Master Bathroom from a pipe that had a small leak and overtime damaged the vanity and even started to show on the walls. I had done my research and called 3 companies to visit and provide estimates off of the assessment report. Not only was Frontline Restoration the most competitive estimate, their professionalism on the initial walk through is why I awarded them the work. The team member, Jonathan, walked me through the entire process and even took the time to educate me on the importance of each step. The team members that arrived each day we’re very polite and worked neatly and made sure to clean up after each visit. When the project was complete, the assessor I had hired even gave praise to the work that was performed giving me more confidence I had chosen the right contractor for the job. Frontline Restoration exceeded my expectations.

I had experienced a water loss in my kitchen, where water was coming from under the kitchen sink, flooding out the kitchen and a portion of the Dining Room. I was referred over to Frontline Restoration by a family member who worked with them in the past. They arrived to my home within 45min of making the call and removed all the standing water immediately. The gentleman proceeded to do a thorough assessment of all the surrounding areas and identified damage in areas I wasn’t even aware of like the Family Room and Master Bath. They performed the work neatly and left equipment in the areas they explained to me. What I really liked was every morning I would receive a call to let me know the time they were arriving along with a call when they arrived. Each afternoon I received an email update of their findings along with photo’s. The project lasted 4 days and all the areas where dry and ready for repairs. My experience from start to finish was amazing and I would definitely be referring them to anyone I know who experiences a water damage.

The employee that arrived named Jonathan, walked me through the entire process, from helping me find a third party Mold assessor to test the closet, to providing me an estimate broken down and very easy to understand. The work performed lasted 2 days of physical work and another 2 days of the equipment running in place. I received a call each morning to let me know they were in the way in addition to receiving an email update at the end of each work day. I couldn’t be more pleased with how professional the entire team was throughout the process.
