Technician called back as promised, consistently answered his phone, showed up on time, provided prompt and efficient service, was very pleasant and answered all questions. After calling approx 10 people from Angie's List (some of whom dint even bother to answer the phone) , it was such a joy and relief to find these folks! When you call, ask for James. They are in the rolodex now, this is the only company I will call for my door needs!
Description of Work: Repaired commercial grade locks/doors in office space.

+ -1 moreVery courteous but doesn't have a storefront; more for mobile service and doors. Did refer me to another company with a storefront. Would definitely consider contacting for future services.
Description of Work: Needed a doorknob (that I had removed) to be rekeyed. Business is not setup up to bring doorknob in to the store. Did refer me to a locksmith with a store. Very courteous.

+ -1 moreI got a fair price and the work done in a timely fashion. The people doing the work were well trained in customer service and did it the right way. All doors had the fire rated label and were better than I expected. James was the sales person and the installer. He always followed up and was alway on time.
Description of Work: They installed 10 fire rated doors (1 1/2 hr). They were very competitive, professional and punctual. The installer and the sales person were the best. I highly recommend this company.
