+ -1 morePre paid for 2 doors to be made and delivered on a Thursday, no calls or emails, did not show. We had to call today Friday to find out delivery is now changed to Tuesday which means my husband is out of town and we had to ask a relative to possibly waste his time if it is not delivered, we are letting contractor know NOT to recommend!
Description of Work: Make and deliver two doors at the day agreed to be installed by my contractor the next day.

Description of Work: Purchased door and hardware. Took 3 months to complete order. Order was supposed to be delivered. Only 1/2 delivered. Hardware not ordered when promised. Had to make 3 trips to complete and only after threatening to cancel hardware order did it miraculously appear.

+ -1 moreThe salesman convinced me to purchase a more expensive door than I originally intended, saying that it would be ready much quicker. He said it would take 2 weeks, but actually took 3 months! Meanwhile, I had great difficulty when I called trying to learn the status of my order.
Description of Work: Custom made doors.
