I’ve relied on Flow-Tech for many years. They installed my air conditioning system years ago and have kept it running and in good condition ever since. Their employees are knowledgeable, efficient, polite and arrive on time. Work quality is excellent!

Excellent, professional, rapid service, from office personnel to the technicians. Office staff confirmed that there was a warranty on the parts (they did not install the original unit) and technicians were efficient, pleasant, on time, and no mess. Received a phone call and text prior to arrival announcing that they were on their way. Two polite men arrived and focused on job. No up selling. Paid online. Will definitely use their services again!

Flo Tech's customer service and professionalism was outstanding. It was by far the best of any of the 5 companies that provided estimates and responded to questions. They sent a crew to take pics and measurements for a new system within hours of my first call and Mario (the owner) spent almost an hour answering all of my questions on the estimate and the various system options and concerns. The installation was done very professionally within a day after I accepted their estimate. I am very impressed by Flow Tech's organization, knowledge and pricing and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I requested a quote for the installation of a new A/C. However, they refused to even look at the job when it turned out that the air handler to be replaced was in the attic. They do only easy jobs to make easy money.

They were quick to respond and I'm happy with the results. There was a delay of about 3 days to get the estimate but then they were able to do the install the next day. The installers left but then came back because apparently they're required to send pictures of everything to the owner and he didn't like something he saw and made them redo it. I very much appreciated that.

They were the first to come take a look but it took them several days to respond with a quote. In addition to taking the longest, their quote was ridiculously overpriced. We got a total of 5 quotes from different companies and the other 4 were in the same ballpark but this one came in at a whopping $2,000 more than all the others. Do not recommend.

Very pleased with the experience with this company. Our old Ac unit started giving us headache because it would freeze at any time. We wee having issues with the air conditioning for the last year or so, and we finally decided to call a technician to take a look. This company was fast and reasonable priced. They had to install a new unit because the other one was busted. It was a morning for the install, which was great because we needed it working for when the guys of the floor came.

It went very well. FlowTech called next day of me posting the question and Mario came out the same day to look at my system. He listened to what I wanted and proposed options. I had a detailed quote later that day and was able to select the options I wanted. They were willing to come out the next Monday, but because of my travel schedule we scheduled for a Friday. A team of 3 came out to do the work. They kept things clean and were professional. I'm really happy with the work they did and feel like I added value to my home.
