First time using Angie's List. Went great. I first called another company on Angie's List and they referred me to this company. Mr. Giffen came personally to assess the situation. Turns out his company is not really handling individual homes inland as much as they used to, since they now handle more residential buildings near the ocean. He came, explained everything carefully. On the day of work, he was alone, since his men were busy with other projects; did the work himself. His company now has merged with two other similar companies and is called and quot;Ocean Window Systemsand quot;. He tells me they specialize in high-rise buildings.

I have used this company repeatedly after purchasing my 33 yr old home last fall. I was sure i was going to have to replace the windows and doors as none would open or close properly. A friend referred me to this mechanical window repair company. I could not have been more pleased with their knowledge and experience. After replacing the hardware on windows that would not stay open, I called them this summer to look at my sliding glass door. The owner, David, recommended replacing the rollers with stainless steel which will not rust here in humid So Fla. One hour later, I have a better than new sliding glass door. (David even went the extra mile and installed a door handle, no smashed fingers here!) I would like to express my gratitude for money saved, and because I now look forward to enjoying the fall weather -with windows open!
