Description of Work: Daniel (the owner) could not have been more professional. He called me within -literally - 2 minutes of my submitting a message through Angie's List. He himself came out the same day, and provided an alternative solution that was better and more cost-effective than what other roofers has suggested. His guys showed up early in the morning, got right to work, and were efficient, and did not leave any kind of mess behind. Absolutely top-shelf company.

Description of Work: I would tell everyone to hire this business, they were awesome.

Description of Work: Replaced shingle and flat roofs. The job was completed in about 3 days which was fast. I noticed during the job, since the workers are paid by the amount of work (including crew chief) they complete, not on a salary, they seem to work a little too fast and do things a little sloppy

Description of Work: They re-roofed the flat roof (with zero mess left behind) within the time requested at the price quoted (which was lower than two local roofers), passed inspection requirements, and acted professionally at all times, including all permit closing paperwork I required. What's not to like?

Description of Work: NEW ROOF. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH FROM BEGINNING TO END. OLD FASHIONED QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, RESPONSIVENESS. THEY DESERVE THEIR "A" RATING.

Description of Work: We have a leak on our daughter's bedroom that had been repaired 4 times by another contractors with no luck, the leak was still there. We contacted Daniel Crespo from Florida Standard Roofing and they came the next day, they analyzed and took pictures of my roof, and sent me the quote with two options for the repair the same day. We thought it was a fair price, and they gave us a 2 yr warranty, so that same week they came (very punctual) and they did the repair in less than an hour. So far we haven't have another leak. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: We obtained several roofing quotes. This company was less expensive than other roofers. They were punctual and kept us updated as the work progressed. We had to modify the original contract after the city raised an issue with the roof. The manager for our roofing job explained the issue, why it would cost a bit more to resolve, and how long it would take to resolve. We felt that that they handled it in a very professional manner and did not try to take advantage of the situation.
