Florida pool and patio provided exceptional service which were led by Claudio who is the owner and an Engineer. Claudio was available to us at all times during the construction, permit process and we hired him to do our monthly maintenance on our pool. He team is professional and trustworthy. We have recommended Claudio and Florida Pool and Patio to several of our friends and neighbors as well as family. I recommend Claudio for all your future pool projects as well as maintenance.

We hired Claudio Valero to build our pool and the project went terribly wrong. The only thing to save us from completely loosing all of our money is that we stipulated in the contract that he would not receive the last payment until the punch list was complete. Claudio was responsible for the water maintenance for the first 30 days after the pool was filled according to the contract. Towards the end of the 30 days, the pool finish was developing small cracks (known as crazing), I pointed this out to Claudio in person and via text messages with pics. He kept saying that he would take care of it but blew us off. I eventually had to get the manufacture of the Hydrazzo finish we used and our attorney involved. Claudio wanted his last payment but would not fix the finish. Turns out that crazing is caused by leaving the newly installed finish to dry too long without adding water. He didn’t fix the pool because the cost of tearing out the old finish and replacing is more than what we owed him. He also lets unlicensed contractors use his license. Currently I will have to redo my pool finish and the coping around my pool is come off due to poor thinset mixture. I have documentation and photos to substantiate my experience with him. You are asking for trouble if you hire this guy in my opinion. He is also affiliated with another pool company called Pisces Pool Corporation.

End result, not good

Claudio from Florida pool and patio did a great job repairing my automated Intellitouch pool system. My system is 12 years old. Claudio came out on time and promptly repaired my system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also met my requirements of getting it repaired before Easter when I had a family reunion scheduled. He came out on a Saturday to finish and make sure I was totally satisfied.

This is a commercial pool at one of our apartment buildings. We constantly lose water and finally had to shut down the pool. The owner came himself and diagnosed the issues. We had multiple leaks which were not readily visible. Over the course of a week they found all three which included excavation and had us up and running in time for Christmas. Very professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
