Wonderful! Great team. Would have liked to hire again but the only thing is that the owner died. When I called for some additional work I needed. So, not sure who is taking over for him. So, just beware that the owner has died.

Both ladies were very friendly and professional. However it was hard for me to feel 100% at ease because at times they appeared unknowledgeable or asking each other about proper use of their equipment. They did come out fast to my property when another appointment I had with a mold tester fell through.

This service provider is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend them. They were on time, explained the process step by step and did a GREAT JOB!!!

Considering the unpleasantness and frustration of the situation and the amount of work which needed to be performed, Florida Mold Assessment did their best to streamline the process, constantly reassuring me along the way that my home could and would be returned to its pre-mold state. They were available 24/7, and always responded to my texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I was never made to feel as if I was putting them out. FMA did their best to accommodate my work schedule, so delays could be kept to a minimum. They showed up when scheduled and if they were not able to meet a scheduled appointment, they would call to notify me. The FMA crew who worked on my home were professional, reliable and trustworthy, as I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house when the need arose. As a result of their diligence, I can happily say my home is back to normal and mold free. I would, without any hesitation or reservation recommend Florida Mold Assessment.

Evrything went great. Rudy is very knowledgeable of Water Restoration and Mold Remediation; Contractor knew exactly what to do and did job fast, and efficiently. I was very concerned with the mold and the water damages in my house, but the Contractor gave me piece of mind throughout the process. I really recommend this Contractor to anyone. Did not charge more than promised, and even threw in a couple of services for free
