I needed a 4pt inspection done to renew my insurance. I call FL Inspections Unlimited and they came to my home 2 days later. The inspector was professional and very helpful. He explained what he found and recommended the minor repairs needed. They were able to provide me with the report for my insurance within 2 days of inspecting my home. I found them reasonable priced and would use then again when the time comes.

One of the best decisions we made outside of purchasing our home! Our inspector Humberto was punctual, friendly and most importantly, thorough! He definitely knows what he is doing; he found an issue with the electrical in the house that someone else missed! We were able to negotiate the cost of the repairs with the seller and it saved us THOUSANDS on our purchase price! We are so grateful! I recommend this company to anyone purchasing a home.

The company contacted us quickly, scheduled us immediately, arrived on time, did a thorough inspection that identified a weakness in our hurricane/wind mitigation. They recommended a “fix” and offered to re-write our report for insurance if we took care of an issue within 30 days. The fix took 60 days as the storm shutter company was very backed up, but in less than 24 hours after receiving proof that we had fixed the “flaw”, they issued a new report inclusive of the repair we made saving us hundreds of dollars on insurance. Professional, polite, prompt, perfect.

Our whole experience was great with this inspection. The inspector was on time and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Very attentive to detail. They provided pictures - which was a big plus!!! Their knowledge on Mold was very informative. He answered any (and all) of our questions, being extremely helpful for a first-time home buyer! Professional company ... Would definitely recommend!

My home had water damage. Inspector came out and found evidence of mold. Extremely friendly company and very knowledgeable. Very prompt and professionals. This company was vey through. i had some issues to correct to obtain homeowners insurance. i fixed these issues and they came out for a re inspection. good news is i was able to obtain insurance. i would recommend Florida Insepctions Unlimited to all of Angies.
