I would give them no stars if that were a thing. We hired them to put in a new sink. We ordered the sink and faucet from Amazon that the tech told us to. We zelled the deposit, which was half the project price. Set a date. They came when my husband was home and the sink didn’t fit. Way too big. So they went to put our old one back in . And put new faucet. They left. I came home from my 24 hour shift. Saw old sink and then moved the dish towel next to sink that we use for clean cups and found that they had screwed through our granite. Large piece missing. Our entire counter is ruined. And they will not call us back. Only the person who answers the phones is there. No manger no one !!! So many companies to choose from. So trust me choose another one !!!!

I had a bathroom that was leaking coming from the source of the plumbing and it was leaking to the unit below me. I couldn't see the leak but the unit below me can see the leak. I hired Florida Green Plumbing, Inc. to fix the leak but that didn't happen. They needed to come back four times. The first time he came he diagnosed the problem. After he replaced the toilet the leak was still there and he removed the toilet again and found the crack on the floor so he thought he needed to replace the whole flange but he didn't have the tools to fix it. Then he left and came back with the tools. He came down to the unit below and showed me that the leak wasn't coming to my bathroom. They tried to charged me $700 to come back in addition to the $360 that they already charged. That's when I called JD Express Plumbing, Inc. and they finally fixed it and charged me $500. I asked Florida Green Plumbing, Inc. to refund the charges and the manager agreed but they never sent the refund. I called them and they told me that they didn't agree to refund the full amount I paid and offered $50 refund.

He was coming and going and didn't have all the supply. He was out in the streets more than he was doing the job. At 6pm they told me they need to cut the water supply but we disagreed because we have cook and clean. They put everything backwards and the pipes came right off. Nothing was done correctly. I called the company and they told me the pro was new and asked me to give him a chance. The owner was supposed to call me but he never called me back. I made a deposit of $1400 but put a stop on it.

They were quick to respond. The plumber arrived on time. The price was the issue. He qouted me a price when I said no he dropped the price by $200.00 so clearly they are already overcharging. Then, during installation one of the little pipes leading into the water heater breaks which he blamed on the age of the pipe. However, I have two previous replacements with no pipe breaking. He then stated that he may have to charge me for the replacement at which time I challenged him on that since it broke during his installation. Thankfully, he didn't charge me. However, upon completion the company sends you a digital square payment link. It automatically populated with the cost+tax and TIP of 15%! Hence, they were charging me $142 for tip for a tradesman that isn't working minimum wage. They may claim that it is the software but other companies have successfully removed that option. I did not pay the tip. However, I was shocked at this business arrangement in which they expect you to pay 15% or $142 in my case for a tradesman for 90 minutes worth work. i found that tip along with the price dropping by $200 after declined as undesirable business practices that I would rather not deal with again.
