+ -1 moreThis was a very bad experience. The person who installed our floors actually used a sub standard solvent to take off the excess gluing he used in order to place down the floor and now I have burn marks where they actually permanently damaged the veneer. I have since attempted to contact these people and nothing has been done to either replace or refund my money.
Description of Work: They took out the old floors in 2 standard sized bedrooms in our home and replaced the floors with new hardwood panels. They took a day and a half in total to do this and all old material and waste was discarded by them.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THEY WERE VERY UPSET BECAUSE THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX A PART OF THE FLOOR BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY ALMOST HAD ME IN TEARS. THEY HAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THEM AT ALL.
Description of Work: THEY REDID THE WOOD FLOORING ON THE STAIRS AND HALLWAY.
