 + -1 moreHe is a hot headed guy and not reliable. He did not have all his tools ready at the time. He started breaking the tile with a chisel and hammer, while doing this my window was broken. He got abusive when I asked him to pay for the window repair. He returned and completed the job in a rush. The aggravation was so much that I did not pay the effort.
Description of Work: He installed new tile flooring on my terrace.
