+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL WHEN WE PICKED THE CARPET OUT. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE LANGUAGE BARRIER. IT WAS TOO HARD TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED THREE ROOMS OF CARPETING IN MY HOME.

+ -1 moreI STARTED TO SMELL SOMETHING FOUL WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF THE INSTALLATION OF MY LAMINATE FLOORING. THEY HAD PUT THE UNDERLAYMENT IN WRONG AND MOLD HAD GROWN UNDERNEATH. I HAD TO HAVE IT REMOVED AND IT CAUSED A BIG PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THE WATER HEATER IN THE APARTMENT UPSTAIRS LEAKED AND RUINED THE FLOORS. WITH THE INSTALLATION OF NEW LAMINATE FLOORING, THE UNDERLAYMENT WAS NOT CORRECT. IT HAD TO BE REMOVED DUE TO MOLD GROWTH UNDER THE FLOORING.
