I did become concerned when I called a couple of days before the wedding to confirm my order. Not only did she not return my call that day, she lost her copy of my contract, and I had to fax it to her. She said she may have accidentally given it to a customer making an order for a funeral. That was not very good. Overall, I was pleased mainly because no one noticed what was missing, only I knew about the glitches. First of all, my bouquet was supposed to have a bit of blue in it, but there was no blue, and that was going to be the ''something blue part'' in the traditional verse. Second, there were no blue petals leading to the wedding arch. As per my contract, I had asked for both white and blue petals. I even paid for an extra bag of petals to place them on the reception tables. There was no extra bag of petals. I did appreciate the way she set up the arch. It was done so beautifully and was easy to disassemble and place those flowers on my bride and groom table and family tables.
Description of Work: The company provided the bridal bouquet, bridal hairpiece, groom and groomsmen coutonnieres, and mothers' corsages and ceremony decorations. The ceremony decoration included the arch, a lace runner, and petals to be placed on reception tables.
