+ -1 moreThe job went perfectly. He arrived on time, was very courteous, he did not try to sell me anything additional, he was very honest and he answered all of my various computer questions. It took him almost 2 1/2 hours and I was please that it was a flat rate no matter what. A few nights later I had a computer question, I called him and he helped me fix the situation immediately.
Description of Work: I am not a very techno savvy person, so when my computer was acting very slow I called Flat Rate Geek. Jesus came immediately, defragged my computer, set up a firewall, set up the wireless system all throughout my house, and checked our laptops. He also straightened up all of the wires around my computer and gave me a free wire holder.
