Description of Work: Alex arrived on time, appraised the job and gave an estimate in writing for painting and for popcorn removal. Total $3700.and it would take at a minimum five days. I had another appraisal from a second painting company that was $4600, and that did not include closets, doors, or baseboards, but they would only take one day to complete. I called Alex again to verify that he could do the job for the quoted price and if I could save some money and time by removing the baseboard moldings, and painting the doors and closets myself. He seemed open to this, but had second thoughts about the popcorn ceiling removal and paint. His earlier estimate was based on the ceiling being previously painted and not requiring more than a touch-up after the popcorn removal. He removed a small area to test if the ceiling was painted under the popcorn, and there was no paint. He then announced that he could not do the job for the quoted price and left. I did the popcorn removal with help from my wife in one day, and painted it the next day.

+ 2 moreAlex came over and I showed him all that needed painting. We discussed details and he gave me a price. He started on time, was always available when I called and he was easy to get a hold of. Very professional. I already had the interior paint, so he brought his crew and they covered the floor and taped edges. They spent 2 days detailing my home to perfection, then I inspected. When it was my satisfaction, they started on the outside. They washed it, then spent an entire day taping and covering windows with plastic to make sure all my stuff was safe. They moved the items in my yard out of the way and replaced them when they were finished. The two guys on his crew worked very hard each day, starting early and only stopping for a quick lunch. Alex came by daily to check on their work, and would work with them sometimes. They were meticulous and always asked for my inspection and approval. I will use them again and recommend them. They were very respectful and hard working.
Description of Work: Painted the crown moulding, stairwell walls, two bathrooms, two doors and upstairs hall landing. Entire two story house outside which included main color and white trim. This job also included a power wash to the roof and outside of house in preparation for the paint. It also included the exterior paint itself which he purchased at Sherman Williams after I picked the colors.

Alex was honest and reasonable when it came to determining the cost of the project (which included the paint) as well as accurate for the date of completion. In just three days Alex and his crew removed 4ft wall panels in the hallways, dining room, and living room and painted two bedrooms, the hallways, living room, and dining room. The baseboards in all the rooms and hallways were also replaced and painted. We will definitely be working with Alex in the near future due to his professionalism and quality of work. Thank you Alex, you were a pleasure to work with and we truly appreciate your help!

I was impressed with their professionalism and craftmanship. They did a remarkable job and will use them again. Very happy with the job.
Description of Work: The complete interior of my home was painted. Including the ceilings and garage. All of the baseboards,door frames and doors were painted. All walls were patched-up and sanded down. The walls were giving (two coats)of satin finish. What a great job.Very happy to have chosen this company.

All my windows were covered with plastic to prevent any over spray from staining my windows. My house was sprayed and rolled .I was impressed with their work ethic and knowledge of their job. Description of Work: Alex and his team painted the exterior of my home. They patched all holes and cracks to the exterior of my house. They covered all my windows to protect them from overspray. Used drop cloth all around the house. Gave 1 coat of primer and (two) coats of paint to the exterior. The house looks beautiful....
