Beware of Scam! The FitTech Miami company did not respect its word and its commitment to carry out a repair for me and, after six months, still has not refunded the amount I paid them in advance. Here is their web page: [*** Link removed ***] On July 19, 2018, I sent a check for $125 and on July 31, another check for the additional amount of $318.21 for the purchase of the part to be changed. I waited for the repair in vain. The last visit of FitTech Miami, always with the wrong part, was to tell me that he could not find the right part and that he could not repair it. I asked for a reimbursement of my expense. Instead, he offered me an old, used machine from their stock and for which, in case of failure, it could not be repaired either. I refused being forced to accept such a burden in my home and asked for the refund as provided by law. Manager John wanted to reduce the refund by 30% alleging that this is done when you get the wrong part. But he is the professional who ordered the wrong part, not me. Today is January 3, 2019 and I have not been reimbursed yet. This is plain theft, or a scam, call it whatever you want, but it's not how a company should treat its customers.
