Fernando has the patience of a saint and the perseverance of a warrior! Fernando?s knowledge of real estate is multi-faceted and he is able to do more than the average agent. We appreciated his ability to negotiate a fair price, advise us on financing and post-home inspection?he was there to help and support us in every possible way. He worked tirelessly for us and did more than any Real Estate Agent has ever done in providing assistance on the purchase of a home. We can't thank him enough for his professionalism, expertise and hard work. We love our home in Miami, the neighborhood, and the community!
