The tech and owner, Frank, was on time, extremely courteous, and one of the smartest TV diagnostic pros I have ever encounter. He knew immediately what was wrong with the set and fixed it in my living room in 20 minutes. FastTech is very reliable and guarantees it's work for 90 days after the repair and was less expensive than other TV repair services I've used in the past. I am also recommending Frank and Fasttech to friends and family!
