+ -1 moreAs a follow up review that was posted on 12/12/16 and in response to faracon concrete's remarks i called yamil repeadedly for weeks hoping he would correct the problem my calls always went unanswered before posting a negative review i left him a voice mail explaining what my intentions were again no return phone call based on the other negative reviews it's obvious faracon concrete is not a company worth doing business with

+ -1 moreThe first job was a success however the second job was a big, slow mess. Constant delays & excuses ranged from illness to family issues.
Description of Work: Front driveway went well. Unfortunately the second job, installation of concerte steps did no go so well. Although permits were pulled the steps exceed the height for residential by several inches which resulted in issues with closing the permit and my home owners insurance. Also paid for a color to the concrete which came out to various and inconsistent shades of gray. Do not use this guy.

Description of Work: I call him for a price for 400 ft on mi patio , he said $2800 , I told him wao like $7 for ft , he said you don't put the price on my job and hang up the call , very disrespectful.

+ -1 moreEmployees were very professional,yamil the owner comes across as a nice guy.Work was performed as expected until I discovered an area the puddled water at the steps of the rear porch and not a small puddle we're talking about an area thats2x5 feet about 3/4 inch deep mind you at 18 yards of concrete im expecting a low spot or two but not at the steps exiting the house. After repeated call and messages he refuses to address the issue he doesn't answer any of my calls.thats not any way to run a business that depends on referrals price for the project was $4000 and payments were made when expected my only regret was not being there the second day when they were removing the framing boards and applying water had i seen it then I would not had payed him the other half until problem was fixed
