+ 0 moreThey provided all the plans and the permits. We were able to close on time thanks to them. Rosy was great throughout the process, and when she was not available, Chris stepped in and helped us get out permits expedited. We will recommend them in the future.

+ -1 moreUnfortunately before meeting them I began the process with a company next door to the Miami-Dade Building Dept on Coral Way. I lost some money I paid as a deposit. Took them 3 months just to show me one page of plans. Chris worked with me and lowered the pricing to help me cover the loss. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Description of Work: They helped me close out a violation for a garage conversion. They provided plans, engineer letters, contractors, processing, and even waited at my house for inspectors when I was at work. They gave me a one stop shop, I couldn't find that anywhere. The process took about 3 months total, Chris and Rosy both communicated with me regularly to update me on the project. I would gladly use them again.
