I could see that they were interested in getting the job done right and that they weren't trying to take advantage of their customers. I knew I could trust them and would recommend them to anyone who needs new shutters or a shutter repair.
Description of Work: I needed them to repair some rolling shutters that were not working properly. It took a lot of work but they knew what they were doing and they made sure to get the job done.

When they took the order it was 4 weeks after the promised date. The quality of installation was horrendous. They had to recut everything went they got to the house which added days to the installation. It was just one nightmare after another. It took them 3 weeks to get the keys back to me for the shutters.

We no longer have the installers that did that work. We actually pride ourselves in getting jobs done well. I notice that this was in the middle of hurricane season, which could account for delays in beginning the work, just because it gets super busy.
