Estrada Roofing

Estrada Roofing is professional beyond words. They were on time, responsive, pleasant and detailed in their work. They offer excellent quality products and guarantee their work. It was a pleasure to work with them and have already recommended them to friends and family members looking to fix or re roof their homes. They took out all permits and passed al inspections on the first try. They left the work area clean and neat and free of debris. Overall great service, great product, true professionals - recommend them with zero hesitation!

I was not satisfied with Estrada Roofing's honesty or the deal. I spent more than the amount on the deal and they tried to bill me for more than that saying the deal didn't cover the work that they did although it was clearly outlined in the deal. I was very dissatisfied with their service and their honesty.

He answered my numerous phone calls, gave me several appointments but, He never show up to any of them. Not reliable.

It was all handled timely work area left clean great job all around.

THE PROBLEM (before Estrada Roofing): I bought a new house last year. After living here for a few months I was on the roof blowing leaves when I realized there were a bunch of broken roof tiles. I called the builder (house has a 1 year warranty) and asked them to call their roofer (the one who built this roof) and replace the roof tiles. After several calls and no response, I noticed a small leak in the roof (in the guest bathroom). Finally after months of waiting they came and "patched" the hole but didn't replace the tiles. THE SOLUTION (Estrada Roofing): Finally, the builder called their NEW roofer (Estrada Roofing) to come assess the damage and replace it. Jesus showed up right on time, inspected the roof and gave me a full rundown of what he was going to do and when he would do it. He under delivered and oversold! He completed the work a day before he said he would and he went as far as to paint the metal outsets on the roof. He even cleared the abundance of leaves that were up there. I would highly recommend Estrada Roofing and especially the professionalism of Jesus Estrada. I will always use this company for roof issues and will recommend them to my friends.

Jesus and his team did a complete Re-Roof and come out twice a year for maintenance on my flat roof. Overall, my experiance with Estrada Roofing has been a pleasnt encounter which is a hard thing to come by in the construction industry. I highly recomend Jesus and his team. I have hired them for several of my other properties that needed roofing work, Quality and service is always number one with them.

The representative inspected more of the roof than the area we were interested having repaired. He told my husband that there was more wrong with the roof the corner of the sofet in the foyer just under the gutter that was leaking like a water fall during every rain storm - this is what we wanted an estimate to repair. We were told the cost would be $500 and would require much more than 2 hours. My husband didn't feel he could trust the gentleman so we did not use the service.

Quality and service quicker than expected.

Two guys showed up. I explained the problem (leaking from around chimney into house). I wanted them to just repair the perimeter of the chimney area which would be less than 2 hours work. Instead they told me I needed to hire a stone mason to have all the stone on the chimney repair and then left. Didn't get my money's worth out of that but I will follow through with a stone mason.

I met Estrada through one of Angie's special deals and after a full inspection it was determined I needed more than just what the special offered. I was not surprised, I knew it had been a long time since any roof work had been done. Jesus came up with several options and worked with me to decide on the best that also helped stay within a budget I was comfortable with. His crew came and did the work in one day, left everything clean when they were done.

I interviewed several companies for the reroofing of a flat roof due to wind insurance non-renewal. Estrada was not the lowest price but the one who made the better case and presentation to be hired. I was correct in doing so as they started on time and were very professional and clean throughout the weeklong project. The owner himself showed up before, during and after the project. I discovered an unfinished part of the roof and when I called him about it they showed up promptly to work on it. h

PERFECT. Within hours of leaving a message, Jesus called to arrange an appointment. Met with Jesus a few days later. He was completely professional and took time to explain his process in replacement roofing (they actually apply an additional layer of under-layment that most roofers don't). He showed us samples of Spanish tiles and explained the pros and cons of each. We actually chose the least expensive as it best fit our needs and we loved the look. Jesus was friendly and well groomed and told us that his crew was as well. I was amazed with his crew also. I have never seen such a neat working environment especially while tearing out the old roof. It was amazing. The crew was friendly and happy and hard working. They even helped me chase down my dog after he ran out of my house. There was always someone on the crew that spoke English which allowed us to ask questions at all times. They finished quickly and efficiently. After every work day they cleaned up completely. Their customer service was great. Jesus was great. The roofers were great. My roof is gorgeous! The tiles themselves, although they are new, have a time worn look which looks great on my 1924 Mediterranean. I highly recommend this company to anyone with any roof issues. My only complaint is that they only do roofs - I'd like to hire them for all my home needs. Great work Estrada!

Estrada was recommended through Angie's List as an A account. Overall, Estrada got the job done, yet there were two issues: 1. When he said he would call and come over, he either did not show or was late. I understand it was busy season, yet I believe he could have managed expectations better. Tell me when you ARE going to be here without a story versus that you will be here because you think you will lose the job. I would have used them any way. Just be clear on dates and times. People want a contractor to be honest with time. 2. His workman were not neat at all the first time. They slapped on roofing tar and it looked terrible. i have an old spanish style house the leak was in front. They could have handled it better. Estrada came and made it right. Overall, I like them and believe the positive ratings with Angie's List had them over stretched. i will use them again because I was able to get want I needed and the owner is a good and decent guy. Use them, but make sure you are clear on the timing and exactly want you want done.

They came out and did the new roof, but they didn't finish the whole job. It took me six months to get them back out to finish it, and it affected my whole opinion of them. It could have been a whole lot better if not for that.

The owner was very professional on the phone and we made an appointment very quickly. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He gave me an estimate for a total reroof very quickly. I thought the estimate was a little high, but I did get a strong sense that the company was very professional and would do a good job. I will definitely call them again when I need another roofing estimate or inspection.

I have to trust that the work was done well on the roof of my two story home.

) I called for an estimate. Mr Estrada came out and promptly provided an estimate, as did others. Once I decided on Estrada, the permitting, work, inspections and completion went without a problem.

They got here pretty quickly. They did an hour’s worth of work. I got an Angie's List special. They were fast and efficient about getting here. They didn't explain to me what they did up on the roof other than looking at it. I really don't know if they actually fixed anything. I pointed out a few things that I thought needed repair. It looked the same when they were finished. I didn't get up on the roof and look at it really closely. I really don't know how efficient they were at what they did. I asked them to give me an estimate for a re-roofing which they did, and it was in line with other estimates that I had gotten. They should've explained to me if they did anything of any significance.

What stood out about the company that I liked was their customer service. I would recommend them to family members or friends.

My experience with them was fine. They were very attentive. They came out when they were supposed to come out. There is a minor thing that they need to come out and fix, but they are already aware of it. I just have to follow up on it. I spent $2,000 on the job. I will use them again in the future.

Excellent communication from this vendor's office. They were polite, professional and did what they said they were going to do. I think this was a great deal. When / if I have problems with my roof, I'll call him back. He was honest and told me my roof was generally in good shape- made some minor repairs. Excellent company and I'll use again.

Overall my experience w/Estrada Roofing was very good and I probably would use this company again. The roof patch done outside of the "Deal of the Day" we purchased was thorough & so far seems to have fixed that issue. The two small drawbacks that prevent an "A" rating all around stems from the 2 hours of work for the $99 "DEAL OF THE DAY" which turned out to be about 30 minutes along with the confusion of scheduling the appointment for the roof patch. Jesus came out to do the 2 Hour Deal, & at that visit, we spoke to him and agreed on the roof patch being done along with the price. No concrete date and time during that initial meeting was set yet as that was to be arranged via phone so both parties schedules could be looked over. What actually occurred w/o notice was that at 8am the following morning a crew showed up out of the blue to do the work w/o the anticipated phone call. They had to be sent away only to return later that day at a more convenient time for us since they were not expected at all when they showed up in the morning. Outside of that, the actual work on the patch was very good and if we should decide to replace the roof completely, Estrada Roofing would probably be contacted for a quote if not the actual job.

Very professional and will work with you on price and materials. Sometimes price is not the most important thing, but the reliability and the customer service that the company provides. Estrada will make sure he covers all bases so that the customer is not left with any unexpected surprises. & to me this is most important.They also did a very large commercial job (condominium) and the same thing applied.

I love Estrada Roofing. I am very happy with them. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of their work was good. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything is good about them. In comparison to other roofing companies, they are the easiest to work with and that is what I am most happy about them.
