Estrada Roofing

I called him at 9 p.m. And was there at 8 a.m. as promised. This is a property I rent and I was out of town. Our business was conducted by phone. Once there he found it was a plumbing leak not a roof leak. Even though he was not able to fix it, he did recommend a plumber who was able to resolve the leak. I was very happy and grateful for his quick response and would definitely use him again if I had a roofing problem.

Everything went perfectly would highly recommend him to anyone.

When he gave us a price it included everything, including permits. He did it right with the city. I highly recommend him. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him.

It was not as I expected after I had some work done with them, and it turned out that they did not use the product that they said they were going to use. That is fine. It is not like anything was done incorrectly other than they said that the product they were going to use was a tree sealer, and I found out from another roofing company that it was not. There was an additional charge to the big deal as I got something else done. I was just disappointed to find out that something they said was supposed to be a sealer and it was not a sealer. I never contacted them about it. It is already a couple of years after the fact. It was just disappointing.

It went very well. They were prompt and courteous. They tented my roof until the rain stopped so there would be no more damage from the leak that I found. Called to ask if all was OK and no more water was coming in. Started the work on the date they promised and completed it on expected date. After the work was completed and approved by the city they called a few days later to ask if everything was fine and get feedback on their work. I have not experienced any problems with my roof since they re-roofed my house.

Excellent!! he was puntual and very detail in providing me with all the information about the roof. He went the extra mile to recomend me some one for the gutters of my home. They did the work in a very timely manner. He informed me that previously company did not fix the leak in a large enough area. I have not had a leak since they fixed my roof. I am even going to refer them to friend.

Estrada did the roof on my new construction home almost three years ago. With the rain we have been having water was somehow coming into my garage through my cabinets. I assumed it was the roof and called Estrada. The owner and another guy were at my home within an hour. After examination, they said it was not the roof, but a small slit in the area between the roof and the flashing. Because it was still raining hard, they could not repair it but came back the next day. You have to keep in mind, it was not the roof that was leaking and they still came back and fixed it for me, promptly and no cost to me. Since they have also had bad experiences with the general contractor (Coastland Construction) he knew Coastland would not come and fix any problems with my home. Also, Estrada determined that the caulking around two of my second story windows were not properly caulked and they assured me (and I believe them) that they are going to come back when the rain dries up to caulk my windows. Talk about customer service. Yes they were paid a great deal of money to put on my roof a few years ago, but they over and above by fixing something that was not their responsibility. I highly recommend Estrada for new roofing or repairs.

Great! Our contractor continued to use him for other jobs. He came back to fix something I was not 100% happy with. I have since then I have recommended him to several friends.

The gentleman came out and let us know what things we needed fixed, and also gave us pricing on a new roof. He was very nice and helpful. We had a couple of other companies that we were getting estimates from, and we actually did end up going with someone else. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

Estrada came to my home in 2006 and installed a brand new shingle roof. They did a great job and were extremely clean cut and professional. Everything was done on time and they passed all of the inspections. I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Estrada and his team. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends and will continue to use them for all of my roofing needs. I have most recently called him to check on my roof and do maintenance on it to make sure my roof last me for many more years to come. All in all, Estrada Roofing is exceptional at what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any roof work done on their home.

I can't say enough good things about Jesus and the professionalism of his company. He came out to give me an estimate and was very patient with all of my questions and thorough with his explanations of the different roofing products and process. He wasn't trying to milk money out of me by trying to sell the most expensive roof type. I felt I could trust him. My gut instinct was right. He showed up with his workers at the exact time he said he would arrive and he supervised the workers which was very impressive. Most company owners will show up for the estimate and you'll never see them again. The workers were very clean and did not leave so much as one nail on the ground when they were done. They even painted the siding just under the roof so everything would look nice. What a wonderful experience! My roof is 2 years old now and no problems so far. I have recommended Estrada Roofing to several friends and colleagues.
