Espinosa concrete were very affordable and did a wonderful, beautiful job! Over and above the average patio install. His staff was very nice and friendly and had great skill in what they were doing. We highly recommend These guy's!

Everything started really great. After giving me a rough estimate per telephone, within a couple of days Mr. Espinosa came by to see the property He seemed knowledgeable and professional and we sealed the deal at a fair price. I was ready to start so we set a date within a few days of his visit. I requested installation for Thursday Feb 11th, but I noticed he was hesitant, he let me know sometime after that Thursday wasn't a good day, so agreed he and his crew would come on Friday (12th) morning sometime between 8.30am-9am. Two days before I asked him to please send me his quote per writing to my email, which he agreed to do, but he never did. At 8.30 AM on the installation day, Mr. Espinosa informed me that he had an accident so he wasn't going to make it. I was taken aback (not my first experience with contractors having "accidents" the day they're supposed to show up), but we agreed he would call me after the weekend for installation on Tuesday or in the course of the week. The whole week went by without news from this contractor. On the following Friday (19st), I sent him a text asking what had happened. I waited several days before reviewing, in the hope this provider would contact me with some answers, or at least tell me he would be unable to provide the service, but I'm still waiting for an answer ten days after the last contact. Transparency and direct communication is a rare find in this city where contractors seem to be running away from jobs (instead of being glad they have customers), especially if they are they are the smaller type of projects running for under $2K. Lousy experience, I'm now again on the search for a concrete provider...

I don't write many reviews and I have had some AL services provided in the past. This one though was worth the time to write a review for. Awesome job all around. Have only positive things to say. Mr. Espinosa personally came out to do the estimate. We negotiated a bit and settled on a fair price. He started within 5 days. He personally was there during the project and walked us through the process step by step. This wasn't just a simple poor either. A truck had broken off irregular 3 ft half moon shapes on our basketball court. Also, another part of our driveway was sagging. He handled both very professionally as well as expanding a rectangular part of our driveway. He then resealed everything. They spent hours prepping the driveway first. Very, very thorough. We were very impressed. My Spanish isn't great, and neither is his English, but we both understood each other perfectly. Highly recommended.

I spoke with Mr. Espinosa about coming out for an estimate. His English was limited and I had to repeat myself multiple times. He said he would come by on Saturday, between 3 - 4 p.m. I they said they would be here by 4:30 p.m., by 5 p.m. they said they were 6 miles away. At 5:20 they were two miles away. 5:50 he said he was nearby, he did not bring the address to find the house. Never once did he ask for the address or directions. At that point I had enough and cancelled. He was late, didn't bother to call,

Ylin Espinosa was on time for our initial estimate appointment . He wrote up a few options and after meeting with 2 other companies, I decided on Espinosa as his price was comparable and he was professional. The original option to refinish existing concrete on condo balcony could not be accomplished because of reasons out of their control. He was very accommodating in providing me with other options and testing before decision was made. His employee (Rolando) was eager to ensure I was pleased with work being done and adjusted with changes willingly. Even though at times I was a bit skeptical with final outcome, they did a nice job on my 500 sq ft balcony. I would recommend them for your concrete needs.
