 + -1 moreThe first home I was going to buy came back positive for mold, and the folks at er environmental came back and retested to make sure it was not a false negative free of charge. Their report was very complete, very thorough, had pictures, explanations of all the results, lab results, etc. They called me and my realtor to explain all the results from the lab, and answered all of our questions. They even gave me a discount when we inspected the second house (the one I bought).
Description of Work: I was buying my home and my realtor suggested we do a mold inspection just to be on the safe side. We called ER Environmental, and they performed an excellent inspection. They were very thorough in their inspection for mold, mildew and water damage, looked for leaks in pluming, roof, etc.
